Suspected Herdsmen Kill Four In Southern Kaduna

According to a traditional ruler, the armed herdsmen struck around 1 p.m. Wednesday, burning down houses and properties before they fled the area when troops arrived.
Suspected herdsmen have killed four persons today in troubled southern Kaduna, Kaduna State, a traditional ruler told SaharaReporters correspondents in New York.

The source also added that the herdsmen exchanged fire with troops before they escaped, with no casualties on their side.

As at the time of this report, a security officer confirmed, the community is carrying out the funeral of one of those killed.
